Tata Group Stocks, Godrej Properties, Ashok Leyland, Natco Pharma to Punjab & Sind Bank – here are top Buzzing Stocks today

The Indian benchmark indices started the April series on a strong note on Friday, March 26, 2021. The benchmarks were trading over one per cent higher in afternoon deals. At 12:25 pm, the S&P BSE Sensex gained 614.12 points, or 1.27 per cent, and was trading at 49,054.24 levels and the Nifty 50 index was testing the 14,500-mark and was trading 192.30 points, or 1.34 per cent, high at 14,517.20. Meanwhile, certain stocks were in action in either direction based on reports linked to them. Here is a list of few such stocks:

Tata Group Stocks are bullish: Tata Steel (up 5.10 per cent), Tata Motors (up 4.18 per cent), TCS (up 0.69 per cent), Titan (up 3.14 per cent). Supreme Court sets aside NCLAT order. Tata Sons have won the legal battle against Cyrus Mistry and entities.

Godrej Properties (up 3.83 per cent): It has sold 275 units of residences at Rs 475 crore within one day of the launch of the project Godrej Woods, in Noida.

Ashok Leyland (up 3.83%): Bullish. Ashok Leyland launches AVTR 4120 – India’s first 4-axle Truck with 40.5-ton Gross Vehicle Weight’.

Bajaj Auto (up 2.98 per cent): The shares were bullish as Bajaj Auto and Europe’s Pierer Mobility AG are strengthening their strategic cooperation in the development of electric products in the two-wheeler sector.

Vedanta (up 0.92 per cent): Delhi High Court hears Rajasthan Block extension case. 

Natco Pharma (down 1.87 per cent): To acquire a 0.96 per cent stake in NATCO Pharma (Canada) Inc. After this acquisition NATCO Pharma (Canada) Inc. will become a wholly owned subsidiary company of NATCO Pharma Ltd. 

Punjab & Sind Bank (Drops 0.92 per cent). Bank has reported IL&FS account as fraud with Rs 399 crore outstanding. 

Listing: Kalyan Jewellers + Suryoday Small Finance Bank

Kalyan Jewellers India: Made a weak debut at the bourses, listing at Rs 73.90, below its issue price of Rs 87 per share. 

Suryoday Small Finance Bank: Made a weak debut at the bourses, listing at Rs 293 per share, below its issue price of Rs 305 per share. 

Metal Stocks are buzzing in trade. Nifty Metal was trading 3.17 per cent higher.
