Behind positive momentum for shares of Boeing and Microsoft, the Dow Jones Industrial Average is rallying Wednesday afternoon. Shares of Boeing BA, +10.13% and Microsoft MSFT, +3.87% are contributing to the blue-chip gauge’s intraday rally, as the Dow DJIA, +1.71% was most recently trading 379 points, or 1.3%, higher. Boeing’s shares are up $11.84, or 9.7%, while those of Microsoft have gained $8.08, or 3.3%, combining for a roughly 131-point bump for the Dow. Also contributing significantly to the gain are Goldman Sachs GS, +3.73%, Salesforce Inc. CRM, +3.73%, and Nike NKE, +2.99%. A $1 move in any one of the 30 components of the benchmark equates to a 6.59-point swing.
